Peregrine Pharmaceuticals has strong business growth and is run by inefficient management.

Don't these people know that only the science matters. Mgmt has nothing to do with it according to our supporters. The question is if mgmt doesn't matter why do we have to keep giving them ridiculous incentive options when they haven't even performed to their own milestones? All imo.
