Understand....

Very few start-up companies get to this point where there is a level of success..."Question" What do we do now? If you think about it...it's a position that most if not all pink ever get themselves into. Where are we at this point? Market transition time... Them Dam MM's...what your seeing in my thoughts is a orderly transition of shares to new shareholders...some longs want out, well let me rephrase that. Some Longs not all, that have supported the pps for a very long time what to reduce their holdings and at a profit...How can that be positive to the Company. New Blood and the fact that the transition is orderly and maintaining the pps speaks volumes to where this company can go. To better answer your question though or give you food for thought...You kinda answer your own concerns...How do you maintain now that you have in essence Launch a Company...OMG we have payroll that will now have to be maintained...Not a bad position to be in. That is... to wake up one morning, an now have a viable company to run...20 million loan...requirements, uplifting off the pinks...this will happen very rapidly, IMO. I believe we are on the 30 day plan....I'm thinking we might even pick-up parts of SREH along the way also...where does this leave the pps, presently, trending; not running as most would prefer upper and this is maintainable with the strong base support. Where does this leave the A/S and O/S...who care; and key at (this point). Business plan doesn't suggest a position that would hurt shareholders...R/S splint doesn't seem to be in the cards. Which leaves us with Buyback which is a defendant winner, winner chicken dinner or R/S merger into a shell which I'm got sure at this point, how that would effect shareholders.
