I particularly like the part of the CC where he said he wont talk with or reply to shareholder inquiries. Don't you love when a CEO REFUSES to speak with his shareholders? Funny because I thought he worked for you.... Why? What does he have to hide? Maybe the "I don't take a salary" stuff? Then where is $39000 in consulting fees going? Im sure he does not want to discuss the ever growing SS, or OFC. Lets all be honest you have a incompetent CEO running your Co. like it's not a public Co.
