BFHJ themselves have already cleared this up in one of their last PRs (I agree with you, they need to sort things out before anyone is buying this for 10c a share), just takes some time that's all. I'd be disappointed if they decide to become current in the Pinks instead of uplisting to the OTC, but I don't think they're doing that. Mr. Papic himself has stated that he'd never pay to become current in the Pinks, but would rather uplist. My guess is they put that PR out there to reduce the number of messages they're getting about the uplisting. They've put it out themselves, and 9/10 times they follow through (even though it takes a little longer than expected).
