What exactly does some of you think that they are doing wrong since Ben took over? To me I think they are trying and doing much more than ever before. I think the PR's are sufficient. ICAP sounds like it is getting off on the right foot (whether or not another entity is helping them run their business). I really like the part that BEN specifically called one of his clients to see if everything was running smooth for them. KUDOS TO HIM. You hardly ever see that kind of service these days. I was already planning on joining ICAP with some positive feedback but now I am really going to join. I am invested and would love to help do my little part to help BEN turn this thing around

I am a retail Manager and our company is thriving because of our top notch service. That is our #1 Goal.
