SEC investigation update:

I have made a report of my facts about the happenings at BEHL to the SEC who is starting their investigation. I have the name and contact information of the officer responsible for the BEHL investigation. It would be improper for me to post it here. However if ANYONE wants that information to lodge their own opinions please PM me an e-mail address and I will share quickly all the info you need. The more contacts they get the quicker this mess will be resolved. PLEASE ACT.

Getting a resolution is best for both camps - for those who believe that they have been scammed the guilty will be more quickly behind bars and no longer be able to finacially cheat people with their planned new shell(s). Fo those who still believe that Fisher is the Messiah, then if SEC find everything legitimate and him blameless then the cloud over him and BEHL and it can get back to business. It is ovious to regular readers that I am in the former camp - but either way write to SEC officer (or call him) and let's get it resolved quickly.

Failing that just reach out to SEC yourself - but PLEASE do something. Thanks. If you want to reach out to other government agencies please do so - I know of 2 other agencies who are actively investigating the fat one in a white shirt.
