Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc is one step away from being elevated to the "Current Information" status with PinkSheets. As previously stated, the company expects to file the final required documentation with PinkSheets no later than December 22, 2010 so that the company can be upgraded to the "Current Information" status, at which point the company will announce to its shareholders the agreement already concluded, as well as the new Board of Directors who are committed to the success of Sunrise.
