If you are a share holder of record of Adsy as of December 6, 2010, you are entitled to vote. There are several questions pertaining to Mr. Heil's actions relating to the chapter 11 filing. I received notice of the proxy vote in an email from my online trading account. You may either vote by e-mail, by phone, or attend the vote personally I beleive. Meeting to be held on December 23, 2010.
