Judge Albert granted all motions.

A revised plan and disclosure statement is expected as early as 12/20/10. The Disclosure Hearing is scheduled for 1/12/2011.
Judge Albert is primarily interesting in moving the case along.
There will be no OEC. It is very simple. Judge Albert clearly pointed out exclusivity ended on 8/31/10. The result - any party can submit a plan after this date. This also eliminates the requirement that the Debtor to pay the fees for financial and legal professionals hired by any committee.
Unless there is a strong plan that includes equity, the Debtor plan will be successful. There has been a discussion around equity.
I will be resigning as moderator shortly to eliminate any potential conflicts.
In the event an Ad Hoc Committee is formed, it would be helpful if I had the contact information and share count in hand should the pace pick up.
