Hi all just found the ICAN board here at IHUB, I wanted to say one theory about ICAN.
I think the TA is gagged because Ed Hayter wants to make a statement regarding short selling by releasing new AS/OS numbers once the 500,000 share buyback is completed.
Its pretty obivious that ICAN's PPS would have completely collapased to the .0003-.0004 range if there was any dilution going on or if there was a much higher OS. The 10 day avg volume is around 300 mil last check and with supposedly 1.3 billion - 800k shares in the float the numbers are not adding up. I dont like holding stocks, but I'am gonna give Ed a two week window here. When he annouces there's really 800k in the float there is gonna be a massive attempt by MM's to cover there shorts. QBID ran to .028 because of MM's shorting it I see this one as very similar.
