It was the customer that suggested I call the company to confirm. I had (and still have)the information to help him. So, I did not have "to contact the company to find out the same thing". Ike has had more than one conference call with Ambassadors discussing this. Sorry I was not clearer. I find it can be difficult to communicate information this way, it's easy to get twisted.
