Yes , but he will still have stock in Trudy ...and Burnham will have at the very least a clear shot to recoup his indebtedness plus ...you just don't forgive 3 million in debt and give away your shell . Also I imagine Burnham loves the business plan here...and so will we when we recieve more information . imo
