I fired off an e-mail to Matt and he responded QUICKLY.I asked him to be truthful in his response.He was QUITE CLEAR that this is a formality in saving time for them,they still by law are required as a publicly traded company to be timely on all other quarterly filings etc.( i am also waiting)...His anwser has not waivered from past comunications in that they are busy with new marketing stratigies along with stronger sales anticipated and are anxiously awaiting the completion of the financials.
I am giving them the time as I TRULY BELIEVE this will shine.
Don't forget with every share sold someone is on the other side buying!!!!
