Considering that we have traded 3.5+ million shares in less than two days, (which I think is almost twice the "free" float), I would bet that a lot of those 100 share orders are buys and sells between the same computer. This would allow the price to be dropped without having to dump so much cash

Sure, 100 share trades buying and selling between each other isn't the expensive stuff. My point is another one. Imagine you sell 100 shares into the bid to take down the stock. Then another 100 shares. But suddenly somebody like GS is coming in and wants to buy 10k shares. Now you have to fill him otherwise you can't take down the stock further. Then again you can do these 100 share trade stuff but 2 minutes later somebody else is coming in and wants to buy 5k shares, and another one who wants to buy 8k shares and you have to fill all these guys in order to further take down the stock. And you gotta do that all day long with 2.5 million in volume. That's not cheap.
