I don't believe anyone deserves to be lied to regarding a stock. I don't know how this will work out, but I truely hope that somehow it becomes a positive for stockholders very soon. It doesn't look good to me at this time however. If this is proven to be fraud, I think they should go to jail for life. And if so and they don't work in jail to pay for the costs then they should not be fed, ever. Even under this hypothetical, when fraud is knowingly planned, I don't know that even life in prison would be justice.
I wouldn't blame anyone for buying any stock. It's a personal decision and they don't need to explain to anyone when it doesn't go well.
I'm glad the article says they are actually doing business. Good things ahead for stockholders I hope.
