BigBake got your PM. I am currently not paying the IHUB sub due my limited posting because of the holiday season. I will say this.

I have been through this in the past. What is being doen is an attempt to silence BEHL critics through intimidation and harassment. Let me explain the process.

1. They would have to actually file some kind of lawsuit that states a specific cause of action.

2. They would then have to subpoena IHUB for the records of the posters they are suing.

3. We would then file a quash motion because everything they state is totally false. I have never spoken with any BEHL officers or insider and I have never shorted any stock in my life. So, the info he posts is 100% false which means he has no evidence or proof in order to gain access to anybodys personal information. The quash motion would be filed and that would require the plaintiff, whoever that is, to present a cause that would stand up to a summary judgment in order for the judge to even consider handing them the information. Been there done that. I know this system inside and out. They have no case and no chance of success. They will spend thousands to lose.

4. This is simply an attemtp to silence critics and it is lame. I challenge them to file a suit with my alias on it. It would be the 2nd time this has been done in less than a year and it will be the 2nd failure. Why will it fail? BEcause nothing he says is factual or true and that means they can provide no proof or supportiong evidence to back it up. Once the quash motion is filed along with a motion for a protection order, any further harassment will come with sanctions and fines for the attorney and open them all up to a harassment suit.

I say this. If these morons want to play ball then bring it on. I have experience in defending my personal identity from scum like that. Don't believe me? Here it is for all to see. I am not afraid of, nor do I back down from threats. Especially when they are 100% and I know it as well as they do. Come with it and see what happens.
