No. 12/699,253 is a Utility Application # that was issued by the U.S. Patent Office. The actual patent application is not available for viewing by the public yet. This is all per a conversation I had with the Patent Retrieval Dept. in the last 20 minutes.

here ya go ag, i too just got off the phone with the uspto and while they can't give out info, they did verify it is a legit number
