It look as if DOMS is someone who does not have the patience to wait for his .0008 to get fill. He see that buyers not ready to hit .0008 yet so he lower his ask to .0007. Look like he just want his money before the holiday. he is defitely someone who we want gone at this level before the nect leg up.
