XNRG MAKES DEAL FOR .75 PER SHARE XNRG makes a commitment to pay at a minimum value of .75 /share after the evaluation comes in from an independent source. That gives us air cover on this deal along as the guys closest to the deal think .75 is a real value or they wouldn't be doing it...its not like they have a trumped up value - an independent has to do credible work that both trust. What if they have more on their plate? And the I read the current OS is gonna decrease by 100M from a throw back in by the Pres...then the shares that pay for the acq are also already in the count IMHO. So looks like soon these numbers will look very cheap.
