A couple things.....

1) The fact that there is a lawsuit demonstrates
that something real is going on! If this were just
some abandoned gold mine no one would care.

2) The premise that PKPL is "selling shares" like crazy...
just check the daily sales. Some days there is no
volume at all- or there are one or two trades.

3) My guess is that this will not last until late
into 2011. The other company wants a piece of the action.
That is why they are upset. We'll hear about a JV
soon enough. Then PKPL will have not only its own resources
but those of local interest as well.
