Don't see R/S in immediate future...
With 2.5b outstanding on 3.5b authorized (if I box is accurate as OTC is not) then I would say fair to assume no R/S in "immeidate future". I've had 5 or 6 hit me with r/s in past year - so feel this is a good indicator to keep an eye on. I would say when we see 3.2b ish against the 3.5b - then it will be soon .

Any others better at timing ?
