I am one of the original 34 share holders .... SEC report on rmtd says we are 34 original shareholders...

Telogis did indeed file with the SEC...

so what will happen to us...

My thinking is that telogis will do a Reverse merger into RMTD stock {ticker symbol}

Most of the billions of stocks that RMTD had outstanding or otherwise were all for DEBT repayments or warrents and so forth...

If you look at the amount of money that RMTD owed it was not Alot...only about 6 million or 7 million...

Telogis could have payed off the debtors in the agreement to purchase RMTD assets...in turn this would cancel out Billions and billions of stocks...

If telogis is going public {and I personally think they are} they are doing so to draw investors and grow bigger as a company...it is not profitable to take top ranked company and go public as a sub penny stock...

they will reduce the float/outstanding to a decent number and come out with a nice price per share... The original 34 share holders will not suffer a RS or anything else negative and will make a nice amount of cash for supporting RMTD {or luckying out by investing in it originally}..

if you read the SEC reports all these billions of stocks RMTD had were for DEBT and Debt of only about 7 million...I am sure telogis has paid the debtors and most of those stocks are retired /gone...however you want to state it...

would not surprise me to see telogis with a 400 million share total with the original 34 still having there stocks...and a price per share or 2$ or more...this is healthy and attracts investors...in 3 years telogis will be alot bigger then they are now so keep that in mind also...

anyways my bottom line thinking is if {and I do believe so}telogis does do a RM into RMTD ticker symbol its not to become a SUB_PENNY stock...its to attract big boy investors {who by the way are already WELL AWARE OF TELOGIS and the new market they are dominating}...

I think the original 34 shareholders will be very happy soon very happy indeed.
