Cool. I personally have never looked at this play like that, well, not within the last few weeks anyway. However, you seem to be pretty knowledgeable so we both know that there are quite a few ways to handle the transaction and it is way premature to discuss it until we know what we are working with. We haven't COMPLETELY ruled out any "Stan" yet, there is no definitive answer as to what play we have here or if there is or is not a pending merger. Yes, I understand there are people on both sides saying it should or shouldn't be listed in the 10Q but I highly doubt either side would bet body parts on it! This is the pinks and I have both made money and lost it, this year, on things that "couldn't legally happen."
