I am sorry, what I see is a company folding, we have all been scammed. I agree with others concerning this seemingly factual statement. Is it coincidence that just before they filed for the reverse split that all the insiders have been selling off their shares? They shouldn't be allowed to do that. They have knowledge of their de-valuation of the stock using the reverse split. But they are able to sell off all their stock leaving everyone else high and dry just before they put the 20-1 split in effect.

They got their money. All of their investors lose out. Thanks ETNL for your concern for your investors. I could afford to lose a little because I have invested wisely in the real stock market and its starting to do better. But I think that Clint and his group of theives are no better than that of Bernie Madoff.

I think that they ought to go to jail for their continued stealing from the company, lining their pockets and cheating investors. How can we file a motion to stop their sale of stocks so they have to face the 20-1 reverse split like the rest of us? How do we stop them?
