Why do they have to wait for the SEC? They can just do what they say they would do. Give us the cc passcode and update by the 15th of DEC the status of the deal they said they had in the PR. If you are sure there is no problem,Why even mention the SEC you should be asking them the same question so you wouldn't have to respond on their behalf. Makes sense?
