Its my gut feeling that it is time. I have been averaging down here since my first buy in June '08. In my past experience in dealing with government contracts, there are a few levels involved in the purchasing department after product evaluation and price comparisons processes are completed. To get a purchase order finally is like finding the Holy Land. Once there its great! On the drug chain store, the raw material (formula) is made Israel, the manufacturing is being done in India and China and the customers are world wide. There is alot behind this ending up at your local drugstore with a price tag on it. Like I stated, my gut tells me we are going to get a broken English PR soon. GLTA!
