Seems pretty cut and dry to me why he would be interested in acquiring mineral deposits (removing competition essentially), and building your asset portfolio to seem enticing to the world players. Behind the scenes, this one makes perfect sense to me.

Prokhorov would be a fool to sideline with Supatcha ahead of any definitive agreement. I think there was a bit of excitement to get the news out, and the channels that were used sucked. SAEI will not sit this out for long, and IMO they are going to set things straight very shortly. SEC, FBI, yada yada yada.... Still trading.... Still making money....
