And thats a problem?
Its not like these guys are not more than capable. So the CEO was a bad pick too? Because I'm sure their are others out there who are "better."
Personally it does not matter where they are from, as longs as they get the job now. I don't even care what their last name is, but I know were getting a good shot with the names we see now.
