Can anyone explain what happened with this stock today?

I have a significant investment in IMSC and am not a day trader.

This stock was up 18 cents!!! at one point this morning and closed only 1 cent up after being 1 or 2 cents down yesterday.

What could explain this volatility in a small cap PINK stock?
