Lets make a little review here:

First, they themselves were covering for Midsummer and
through that kept the effect of the fake shares in the system
on the price and reduced the pressure for buying shares
to correct Midsummer's action.

And by the way,if that restriction has any big value
they wouldn't have made this buyback claim mess to begin with.

Then they used the financing in the most crude and direct
way possible. The financing agreement itself could have
facilitated getting some kind of temporary loan to
some starting partial amount of what they needed. But
they didn't try anything of that sort and instead
conveyed to Dutchess and to the market a total direct
dependency on that financing.

The introduction date for the new system was already
set before the signing of the financing agreement.
I find it a low probability that someone would set a date
in that way without a financing he has in mind. But
if anyone still think that the company tried to act as
a whole combining its resources to choose the best path
then he should read the part that talked about Midsummer
Bopp and Dutchess in the Q2 and Q3 to realize the real picture
being showed better.

After all that they came to us with their dilution at
low prices and spoke about how they stated and reiterated
their need for financing as if it wasn't them who closed
the door for the high path and provided all the reasons
for the price to stay low.Aside from how the main manipulator
and Midsummer may obtain shares easily through their partner
Dutchess, with the kind of dependency on Dutchess financing
they were showing why would big guys compete on the shares
instead of cooperate? They created the best environment
for such cooperation but then came to us to speak about
how they "stated and again reiterated" as if they are not the
main cause for the shares being traded at low prices.

And just to break the record in shamelessness, they spoke
about their understanding for Dutchess intention as being to
sell directly and not to hold but still -supposedly-wanted
the price to go up?Poor guys thought their stock is a vending
machine with unlimited supply.Probably even google wouldn't treat
its stock this way if they want it to have a high price. That of
course is in addition to what such understanding would convey
regarding Dutchess intention.
