So as I said before I'm sure they are working on the approvals if they don't have them. They can raise substantial cash anytime by selling shares which would be good at this point while keeping the share price in this range. The drilling results have been phenomonal and I'm sure Dr. Stocker isn't lying about the results since he would go to jail for that. Maybe they are conserving the lack of cash by not sending to a lab for official results.
