or to raise money threw a private placment, my guess would be restricted for one year at .025 aprox for 250K. All this travel does not come cheap, money for the general operations. just my guess, but we have seen this before.

if A and/or P went back to the window, i would suspect we would have a much larger # of shares on the OS
