What these criminals did. I won't touch this and if I did I would wait for .000s for a quick 1 day flip. These criminals should be locked up. A/S is still 4B. Think they won't dilute the entire treasury. Think again, they diluted while shareholders shares were restricted from selling. They claimed they did a R/S and mail the certifcates to trap the shorts. They trapped the shareholders.
