Just talked to Lisa. She was waiting for a PR to be released yesterday and still waiting for one today but does not know when it will be released. Said all management is over sea's. No info on the CC on Monday if it's a go or a no go. She said this is a real company and what is stated on the PR'S is what it is..

I know some will bash this. The PR'S about the buy out have not been excepted just are bids for a buy out. The company states it will update share holders on any further action. I believe the holders of this company are in good hands. jmo
