"The Company intends over the next several weeks and months, assuming developments per the plan, make significant announcements related to the build-up of the Company. This includes the filing of all outstanding quarterly and annual reports to SEC in order to become fully compliant again, with an intent to move to a higher trading platform and away from the pink-sheets.
