CELM - damn shame. It's a great little company, I really like the CFO, but with this ridiculous offering they want to do, you can almost be sure it's going to test the 52 week low in the low 4's.
I just don't understand how a legitimate company can contemplate conducting a huge offering when almost half of the market cap is in liquid cash, you have great cash flow, no debt, and the P/E is sub 4. It's just insane, mind-boggling, and it's the main reason why I remain concerned that the shorts may be right and that the space may be filled with rampant fraud.
