yeah but HDY did their secondary at what were near the highs (we did the opposite). HDY did it with Blackrock (we still dont know who bought ours). i could keep going. the point is that they did it the correct way and they have a management team consisting of oilmen with experience, not yes-men lawyers with zero oil experience and ZERO management experience. and no, i dont own HDY. its just stunning how 2 very similar companies who did the same thing could have such different results.
