If there are any s/h left here and you visit the Market Playground, you should know that in addition to holding in his investment group over 120 Million shares of BEHL and a communicated desire to BEHL to buy one of their PBRs, you will be banned for presenting information that comes from the company that contradicts what Phaeton is posting and calling it what you see it.

For example, he posted yesterday that the S/S was expanded twice to prevent takeovers by Richard M. and his group. This contradicts what DF stated in his radio interviews about the expansion being used to fund operations. So I guess my error was calling it spin from the forum instead of lies from the company though to me it appears as its six of one and a half dozen of the other. If someone can point me to the GAAP definition that excludes wages and salaries from operations, I will gladly apologize to the parties I have offended but don't think I'll have the opportunity as my ban will most likely extended. Is it a coincidence my ban stays in effect until 11:00 am on 12/18, the day after a PR is suppose to come out?


Disclosure: I currently hold 100K shares in a litigation account. I had steadily been releasing my holdings since February but hold a significant interest in this type of technology. For instance, it appears that former BEHL members are now showing up on the same team at OOIL as they now have both Goodall and Sanchez. If anyone knows what Helmut's plans are, I'd love to hear them as he was the 'mad scientist' behind some of BEHL's innovations.
