the big hand on etmm is not retailor. I've been watching mndp L2 for almost half year. they have huge shares and they mostly fool traders to buy on ask. worst thing is, if you buy using tda which uses etmm mm, you probably wont be able to sell on ask because etmm has a much bigger shares to sell and has been sitting on L2 queue for long, your sell order is always behind them.
