He can't sell jack and/or diddly squat in regards to his shares. They are restricted. Even if he could, he's limited to either 1% or 3% per year.

There are a lot of factors and players we don't know about that cause ripples with the PPS.

As far as "rebuilding" portion of your post, I agree.
