While, there may be SOME validity to your posting. I do have to disagree with you. The time frame at which KG has been working at has been slower than expected.

The CE removal was originally slated for Sept in his time frame. The CPA working on it was out sick for a couple of weeks and other factors caused the delays.

You can find problems in any company you go to. I'm just willing to give KG the benefit of the doubt since he's doing just fine. It's just taking alot longer than many of us would like to see. Rome wasn't built in a day. As the old addage goes.
