IT SUCKS!!!

Been there done that with these pinks.

The common shareholder means nothing to these people.

Just think of all the shareholders here in HFBG who are now PAYING for ALL of the companies operations because they can raise the money, then will get the shaft when they do a R/S at some point
(and they will) - then all the shareholders who held now will only hold a small percentage of what they hold now.

10m shares? 1:1000=10K shares now.
and it ALWAYS dives after the split.
