Keep in mind that regardless of how this thing plays out moving forward. T-mobile is definately on the hook for past damages for their hotspot @ home solution.

Of all the wireless carriers, T-mobile has the most experience with seamless roaming and partnering with Cisco is an excellent move for the future of this technology. With both companies licensing our patent, everyone else would be lining up to take a number.

I suspect that a settlement announcement is emminent.
