Thank you for sharing that SkinFlint. I just suspect that many folks have not done their homework on this aspect of trading, which is understandable.

There are traders who like playing the splits and I have been one of them. Usually I like the FS trades as they go bumpitty bump bump on up to the cut off date. The lovers hang on and then gasp in wonderment as the date passes and the decline begins. Not always, but often. The cheaper the better the play from my experience with them. Ha!

With the RS it is similar in that Shorters can make an absolute killing 90% of the time by holding large as the RS comes down. Blood bath! Bloody hell for those holding. For those who hang on, usually their favorite song may be "Loser" or "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread" or something like that. A fellow doesn't have to take a sucker punch like that more than once to get his bell rung.

Here again, I'm not suggesting that this is the way that FLTT will take. However, given the PPS and the SS, it would not be unreasonable to expect. Now, a person can bury their head in the sand like our Ausi bird friends or already have knowledge and a strategy to deal with it if the situation arises.

In the mean time, the current indication of basing looks great to me and I am homing in on my entry point. Obviously I would not be doing this if I did not think that the company had some merit. I'll not go large as I see too much risk. I do believe that the 0.0015 is the magic number. Getting shares at that will be tough as the PPS responds. They are ASKING for that 16, but when it hit 14 I'll bet that 15s were on the table.

I like it. That doesn't mean that it is right. But if you do your homework and it feels right, then we each make our best judgment call. I'd be surprised if this were to fall further and I do think that it is very undervalued right now. But I've called them wrong before and I'm sure that I will do it again.

Good luck, for lack of better words............
