Withholding that would qualify this as another tactical move designed to stir interest, nothing more. It could be seriously limiting.



No one is withholding Schedule B of the Consent Order. It is attached as an exhibit to the 8-K. It is lengthy, and it occupies the majority of today's SEC filing. You could probably also get a copy from the DEC if you desire.
