Sir, I appreciate everyones point of view and here is my response to your list of reasons why Sancon could go BK.

I qualify as a redneck businessman as well and I own my own business. There is no way in hell I would let my business go BK for 2% of what I have in cash.

That said, I think it unsettling that this has not been resolved officially at this point. The Q has been removed from every site but this one, and my Scottrade account removed the Q last week, hence I think the matter has been resolved already and we just don't know about it for some reason.

But if you can answer this Q for me I will give your thesis more thought and perhaps credibility.

Why would brokerages and the SEC put the dreaded Q at the end of the symbol with the filing of the involuntary bankruptcy petition, and then remove it a few days later if nothing about the situation had changed?
