I got a bunch and i'll be the first to admit this is in flipperland until they get this matter resolved.
I am also of the opinion that it is bad form for MGMT to let this matter ramble on so long without resolution.
However, to really think that Sancon could be involuntarily bankrupted for 149K is quite ridiculous. If they have not just paid the little amount, which I suspected they did, then they should instead of fighting it out of a matter of principle. This kind of crap gives shorts ammo and damages shareholder confidence.
Hell, the legal costs are going to be more than 149K if they arent already.
MGMT needs to come clean soon about this whole issue and then we move back up to a proper .38 or so for now. If they can send each and every US shareholder a nice personal letter like they did to us, myself included, around this time last year, then they can let us know what in Sam Cain are they doing fooling around and letting this piddly shit IMO, persist.
