Letter to Investor Relations ?

Anyone hear back from IR (ever) ?
I sent this with NOTHING back from them to date, but seemed to get other prospecting emails as tags ? EVER ???

Dear Madam or Sir,
I sent this originally almost 2 weeks when I saw your website was down, no longer at listed locations, and was extremely concerned as I have been a shareholder since 2009. I have been patient, and trust that the press releases where coming frequently, and still felt I had a valid investment till now.
We have seen NO news since early September, and I have not received any response from IR.
Please advise CURRENT status of Company per below sent 2 weeks ago. Please advise if you are making any attempts to become "current" with reporting information,
and are you taking action to have the "Caveat Emptor" status removed by OTC ?
I have invested a sizeable amount, and added to my position with the Company. I would appreciate your immediate consideration with at least some requested direction for the Company.
