Wow talk about reading only what you wanted to read. I said in the last 12 months its not been much of a flipper. You said you flipped it 14 months ago. I said not much of a flipper - it's been in a steady decline for 12 months and I stand by that. Sure there have been days in the last year where you could make a few bucks same as any play. IMO for most players they are looking for stocks which are much more volatile or news driven / reactive. IMO many new flippers will become bashers when they see this is a long, long term play.
