$2.50 offer is still in tact and addressing all the issues, which I believe will happen sooner than later.
I would not be surprised to see them close on the deal sooner than most deals. Why? It is in everyone's backyard. They will fly in one day, kick the tires, make sure all the paperwork is order and say done deal.

I would love to see a Conference call update in that PR too. That would put the icing on the cake. JMO
